How far can you throw a golf ball? When is the last time you were forced to hit from the back ‘black’ tee box? Well, be part of the Golf SENE (scene) on September 18, 2020, and find out.
This fun, crazy-rules fundraiser is back for the 10th year with some new Scramble rules and contests. As always, Mulligans and throws will be allowed, including the ‘Team Extend-A-Throw’. Plus, other simple rules like “Par-11 Mini-Team Play with irons and hybrids only and All-Putt; no woods allowed”
This year’s golf rules travesty will be held again at the challenging Connecticut National Golf Club. Players in the later groups were able to find a lot of balls on the course.
The cost for this event is $75 per golfer. Included is 18 holes of golf, a $5 food voucher, maybe a bag of snacks, and cheap prizes for “winners as defined by SENE”.
