Cutoff date for refunds is Oct. 1, 2017 – If you cannot play, please try to find a replacement
Registration fee before 10/08/17:
$75 Individual Player includes lunch buffet
$45 Palmetto-Pine Member Individual Player includes lunch buffet
$25 Lunch Buffet Only
Buffet will be served in the clubhouse. Everyone is invited to the buffet, whether or not they play in the tournament.
CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, CHECK PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Cash payments: Can be delivered to the Church office
