Join us on Wednesday, June 27, for a day of golf at WeaverRidge Golf Club in Peoria. Registration opens at 11 a.m. with lunch provided by Chick-fil-A and a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start. Following golf you will enjoy the After Party featuring heavy hors d’oeuvres, door prizes and awards. Drinks on the course provided by Baumgarten Distributing

Your participation will help provide affordable, home-like accommodations for families of patients and individuals receiving health care services in the Peoria area. Family House is a health care hospitality house that provides a caring and compassionate home away from home for those in the midst of a medical crisis.
