The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pa Rescue is hosting our 1st Annual Great Pyrenees Golf Tournament. It will be held September 29th at Rolling Fields Golf Course. 1pm shotgun start. This will include Golf, hot dog and drink at the turn, beer and a dinner following the tournament. We will have prizes, raffles and a silent auction. The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pa Rescue is hosting our first annual golf outing. We are a non-profit, foster based rescue and our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome Great Pyrenees given up for adoption or rescued from local shelters. We rely solely on donations and fundraisers. 100% Of proceeds from the golf outing will go directly to the care of the dogs currently in rescue and enable us to help more. We are enlisting the help of businesses, corporations and our supporters to help make this outing a big success. I realize the many donation requests your organization must get each year so on behalf of The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pa. Rescue I would like to thank you in advance for considering our request. Anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. The outing will be held at Rolling Fields Golf Course, Murrysville Pa. on September 29th. We will have 72 to 100 golfers participating. All donors will be recognized on the official sponsor sign at the clubhouse registration table and our face book page and website. We can also arrange for you to have a company rep at the tournament to interact with the participants. If you have promotional materials we can include them in our golfer goody bags.

We are offering several different types of sponsorships:

* 16 X 22 vinyl reusable sign at the tee.
* Recognition as Hole Sponsor at tournament site.
* Will include promotional materials in goody bags
7) Putting Green Sponsor: $200 6 sponsorships available
* 16 X 22 Vinyl reusable sign on the putting green
* Recognition as Hole Sponsor at tournament site.
* Will include promotional materials in goody bags for golfers.
8) Silent Auction and Prize Sponsor: We are seeking donations that we can use in a Silent Auction, for door prizes and Items to put in a goody bag for the golfers.
* Silent Auction: Gift Cards, Admission tickets and products that can be used in gift
baskets.
* Door Prizes: Gift Cards, Admission tickets and products that can be used in gift
baskets.
* Golfers Goody Bags: Cups, pens, towels, key chains, golf balls, golf tees,
coupons, promotional items from your company etc.

Everyone donating will be mentioned on our website and face book page. We will have an Official Sponsor sign at the clubhouse registration table. In addition if you have a specific sign or promotional material we can display them at our Registration table.
