2019 AEL Awards Celebration Golf Tournament – Friday, September 27, 2019

$25 per employee
$65 per non-qualified sponsors/vendor
Registration and Breakfast: 7 – 7:45 a.m.
Shot gun start / 4 person scramble: 8 a.m. tee-off
Awards and Lunch: Immediately following end of play.
Awards will include but not limited to:
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd places each flight-3 flights
- Hole-in-one
- Closest to the pin
- Longest Drive & Putting Contest
- Skins Game
Each Air Evac employee is allowed to bring one guest to play. Each team may only have up to two total guests playing.
You may purchase 1 to 4 tickets. If you purchase more than one ticket, please include the golfers on your team.
Please specifiy the person you would like to be paired with; otherwise, individual registations will be placed on a team at random.
*** Each team will receive 4 Mulligans (no charge) to be used at the team’s discretion
