Join us for the 2019 Hubbell Extreme Charity Golf Classic, presented by Plumb Supply and Kohler! This annual golf tournament – with two shotgun start times at 7:30 am and 1 pm – includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, range balls, golf cart, prizes and great fun for great causes. All proceeds are donated to support Chrysalis Foundation, Community Youth Concepts and Polk County Housing Trust Fund.


Registration closes at 5 pm on Thursday, August 29. Participation cannot be guaranteed after that time.
