All fees must be received by Monday, September 16, 2019 to guarantee registration. Paid entry forms processed
on a first-come, first-served basis All handicaps will be verified and must be valid for September 23, 2019. Players without handicaps will be assigned one by the tournament committee. Maximum handicap allowed: 30 for men, 36 for women. Soft spikes required
