We hope you can join us for the 33rd edition of our beloved Gibson Classic. We will have a new format this year where instead of a shotgun start, we will all start on hole #1 with successive tee times starting at 8am. This is help address continuing concerns regarding the pandemic and changes that come with it.

A tradition since 1933, Legion Memorial is a wonderfully maintained City of Everett course with a player friendly yet challenging design in a tranquil forest setting. Remodeled in both 1998 and 2019, the course offers spectacular views of the Olympics, Cascades, Mount Baker, Puget Sound, and the Snohomish River. Once your team has finished the round, your team will then proceed to the golf course café for lunch with a chance to redeem drink tickets and catch up with fellow golfers (observing physical distancing practices in place at the time). Team and competition prizes will be mailed and raffle prizes will be collected right when you finish. Our first tee time will be at 8am, with groups teeing off every 8 minutes in succession. Please indicate tee time preference when you register – your final tee time will be emailed before the event. Arrive at least a half hour before your tee time to register and warm up – and note Legion does not have a range but does have an excellent practice area and hitting nets. Registration for this event will be only $80 per person (due June 11th), and will include power cart, competition prizes, raffle, drink tickets, and lunch after the round. So be sure to be a part of our famous day of golf, food, and fun!

Teams – The Executive Board has requested that 2 or more team players be ITE members and/or registered for the June Annual Mtg, call Darcy for exceptions.

Format – Popular “Scramble” format, each player hits/putts best ball from tee to green.

Awards – ITE traveling trophy to team with low score. Lots of great raffle prizes!!
