It’s time once again to mark your calendar and save the date for the annual AIA Indianapolis Golf Outing!

When: Friday, July 28. Start the weekend early with fellow AIA Indy Members & Sponsors !
Where: Join us at Brookshire Golf Club in beautiful Carmel, Indiana!
Due to a historically large demand and the need to accelerate pace of the play, only the first 20 teams will be accepted. Register your team today!
Here’s the timeline:
9:30 am – Registration/Range
10:00 am – Lunch Served
11:00 am – Shotgun Start
3:30 pm – Dinner / Awards Ceremony
For Golfers:
$200 per golfer/ $800 per foursome
Fees include the following: green fees, cart fees, prize fund, beer/soda, and lunch/dinner/awards program.
The rules to follow:
USGA and Local as posted, scramble style. In the event of a tie, scorecard comparison will be used. If necessary, a putt-off will be held.

Sponsorship Packages
____ $2,500 – Dinner/Awards Ceremony Sponsor – Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and microphone time during awards dinner.
_____$2,500 – Beverage Cart Sponsor – Includes company name and logo on event signage, name and logo on Beverage Cart, one ticket for awards dinner and microphone time during awards dinner.
____$2,000 – Box Lunch Sponsor – Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and microphone time during awards dinner.
____$1,000 – Individual Hole Sponsor – Includes company name and logo on event signage, name and logo on Hole sign, two tickets for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Allows for two representatives to be at Hole during outing. Set up for golf hole is Sponsors responsibility. (canopy, tables, chairs, ETC)
____$500 – Awards Sponsor – Includes company name and logo on event signage and one ticket for dinner/awards ceremony. Representative will assist with Awards Ceremony. Two Awards sponsorships are available.
____$500 – Longest Drive Sponsor – Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Three Longest Drive Contests will take place. Three Longest Drive sponsorships are available.
____$250 – Closest to the Pin Sponsor – Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Five Closet to the Pin Contests will take place. Three Closet to the Pin sponsorships are available.
____$250 – Longest Putt Sponsor -Includes company name and logo on event signage, one ticket for awards dinner and recognition during awards dinner. Five Longest Putt Contests will take place. Three Longest Putt sponsorships are available.
