- Includes one team of 4 players in the tournament
Company logo displayed on recognition sign at a tee box on the course
Friend of United Way – $100
- Company logo displayed on recognition sign on the cart path by a green
Team Entry Fee – $500
- All inclusive fee includes green & cart fee, range balls, catered lunch, course beverages & snacks, commemorative team photo, and a complimentary gift.

7:30 AM – REGISTRATION OPENS / RANGE BALLS AVAILABLE
9:00 AM – SHOTGUN START
2:00 PM – LUNCH & AWARDS CEREMONY
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The format will be Ft. Lauderdale best ball. Men will play from the blue tees (over 65 from the white tees) and women will play from the red tees. Each team members tee shot should be used at least once. No handicaps will be used to score the tournament.
