Having raised $3600 for the Canadian Cancer Society in its first two years, the 3rd Annual JDW Memorial Golf Tournament returns to Port Stanley on June 13, 2020. Named in honour of Dawson Winchester, the tournament was inspired by a round of golf played by sons John and Joe and nephew Dawson less than a week after his passing on Father’s Day weekend, 2017. While having a beer afterwards, the golfer with the lowest score quipped about having ‘won the JDW Memorial’. The rest was history. Growing from 25 golfers in 2018 to 37 a year later, the Winchester family hopes that you will be able to join 50 or more golfers for its third instalment. Share some memories and make some new ones.
