**ALL PROCEEDS GO THE THE COREY CHASE SCHOLARSHIP FUND** ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED EACH MAY FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS FROM BLAINE HIGH SCHOOL WITH AN INTEREST IN ARCHITECTURE/ENGINEERING**

HOW MUCH: $100 per person + (2.75% tax if paid with card day of). Come early and shoot some balls on the range! Fee includes 18 holes of golf w/cart, koozie, water and snack. There will be a $10 raffle at the beginning of the tournament for a chance to win a PARTY cart stocked with beer, cocktails, energy drinks, treats and other fun prizes to set you up for the day! Hole in one contest for a chance to win a $10,000 cash prize as well as other hole contests and prizes. DINNER will be served with complimentary all you can drink BEER (for those of age) immediately following the tournament. Raffle tickets sold during tournament are used in raffle during dinner. Best dressed and the top 2 scoring teams will also be awarded prizes!
FORMAT: The tournament is limited to 36 teams, shotgun style on Majestic’s Crossroads Course.
REGISTER: For your convenience we have 3 ways to sign up:

2. Mail in team name and members along with a check payable to:The Corey Chase Scholarship Fund: 12070 Alder St. NW Coon Rapids 55448.
3. Day of payments can be made with cash/check or credit card. Please register online prior to payment at above website. Please note: A 2.75% tax will be added to all credit card purchases day of payment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR DONATIONS! Please see a list below for ways you can help! 🙂 All donations are tax deductible and we will provide a receipt with our tax ID information when donations are submitted.

Cash donations- $100 and over we welcome donors to have dine with us after the tournament.

$100- hole sponsorships- printed sign with business or donor name, donors are invited to join us for dinner after the tournament.

$300 hole in one sponsorship- GREAT opporutnity to represent your business!!! Large banner printed with your business name- advertise and market your business how you please! A table will be provided at the hole where business can market and advertise their services-donor is invited to join us for dinner after the tournament.
