TOURNAMENT PLAY INFORMATION

HANDICAP INFORMATION

Handicap used based on GHIN/Handicomp Index, averaging your low index and current index as of June 1, 2021. All handicaps will be verified, and players must compete in the flight in which he or she is flighted.

WSGA Handicap Chair has the right to re-rate a player based on their previous WSGA Annual Tournament History. If a player is re-rated, he or she will be notified prior to the start of the tournament. WSGA Handicap Committee has the right to monitor all competitors scores during the competition to protect the field and re-flight competitors if necessary.

FLIGHTS

Men and women will be flighted based on handicap (entries permitting). Senior flights for men and women 65 and older will be flighted based on handicap (entries permitting).

TEAM CLUB PLAY

To be eligible for team club play you must play in the 54-hole Stroke Play Tournament and have a minimum of 5 players from your club. Once a common course has been established, 5 players from each club with the lowest net scores from the common course selected will determine the players competing for their club. Clubs may not substitute players once the original 5 players have been selected. Thursday, Friday and Saturday’s combined scores will determine the winner of team club play. USGA Section 3-5 will be used for scoring.

ENTRY INFORMATION

All entry fees include: Green fees, Sweepstakes, Skins games, 50/50, CTP, Awards and Gift bags.

• $400 for 3-day and super seniors (super seniors are 70 and older, no exceptions)
• $245 for 2-day and seniors (seniors are 65 and older, no exceptions)
• Optional – Bus transportation @ $20 a day

ELIGIBILITY

• Each applicant must be a member of a WSGA club 30 days prior to the Annual Tournament.
• To qualify for senior status, individuals must be of age by June 1, 2021.

WSGA 67th ANNUAL TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY

100% refund until the deadline due date (May 15, 2021). 50% refund from the deadline due date until the start of the tournament. 100% refund in the event of a death of family or emergency of immediate family members only, No Exceptions!

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be based on the postmarked or email date. Refund requests should be submitted to the WSGA Tournament Director. The Tournament Committee will be the final authority on all refund requests.
