6th Annual CRC Charity Golf Tournament
DATE: Oct 3, 2022 Registration opens at 11:00am with a 1:00pm shot-gun start

The Golf Club at the Highlands

Includes: range balls, green fees, cart, & boxed dinner provided by The Reserve restaurant
FORMAT: Captain’s Choice – Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams.
AWARDS:
- Lowest Team Score, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin
- Hole-In-One and Putting Contest with cash award
- Raffle for four free rounds of golf at the Highlands
Golf Experience Sur”PRIZE” Package: Before each event, a complimentary round of golf, sleeve of balls, and a free appetizer from the Reserve, will be bundled together for a surprise give away to one lucky player.

TICKET LEVELS:
- 4 Person Team: $450
- 4 Person Event Sponsorship Team: $350
- Mulligans: $25 per packet or 5 for $100
- Hole Sponsorship: $150
- Awards Dinner Sponsorship: $500 (includes logo on banner and hole sponsorship)
- Event Sponsorship: $1000 (includes hole sponsorship, logo on banner and $100 discount for 4 Person Event Team)
- CRC Partner: $5000 (includes two 4-person teams, hole sponsorship, logo on banner and corporate sponsor page of website)
