More Event Information
The Tom Jakovac Memorial Golf Outing is held annually to raise funds to provide tuition assistance to an 8th grade student from Resurrection School to attend Lansing Catholic High School during all four years of attendance. The outing is held in memory of Tom Jakovac, a former 3-sport athlete at Gabriel’s High School (now LCHS) who began his education at Resurrection School. Tom returned to his beloved parish after excelling in sports at Alma College to teach and coach. The student selected will best exemplify the characteristics that Tom Jakovac exhibited throughout his life.
