More Event Information
Join us for the Sixth Annual Jordan Smelski Foundation Golf Tournament to be held in memory of Jordan Cole Smelski. Jordan passed away on July 2, 2014 to Primary Amoebic Meningoencephalitis (PAM). He was 11-years old. Jordan contracted the amoeba Naegleria fowleri from swimming in a pool, filled with hot spring water, while in Costa Rica on vacation. PAM is 99% fatal, yet 100% preventable.
All proceeds go toward amoeba awareness, training, and research.
