Golf Tournament to Benefit the ASCE FGCU Engineering Scholarship Fund.

The Southwest Branch of the Florida Section of ASCE are continuing to provide Scholarship funds for students pursuing studies in Engineering. The golf tournament is our largest fund raiser of the year and the proceeds will be used to award two or more scholarships.

Date: Saturday, November 7, 2020

Location: River Hall Country Club, 3500 River Hall Parkway, Alva, FL 33920

Schedule: Registration from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Shotgun Start at 8:30 a.m. Lunch & Awards around 1:00 p.m.

Format: Four person scramble (sign up as a team or individually, we’ll pair you up!)

Opportunities to improve your team score: – (1) Mulligan per player, and 2 feet of string per player included in entry fee. String enables you to hole your put if you come up short (use 6 inches of string if your put is 6 inches short, and you hole out the putt). Trophies awarded to the first place team, longest drive and closest to the pin winners. Raffle prizes during the awards dinner – $5.00 per raffle ticket (or 5 for $20)

Dress Code: Collared shirts required, no cut-off shorts, no denim.

Cost: $125.00 per player includes lunch, golf with cart and driving range, (1) Mulligan & 2 feet of string.

$20.00 per person just wanting to enjoy the lunch buffet, listen to the bragging and partake in the prize raffles.

Awards: Hole Prizes! Team Prizes! Raffle Prizes!

Food: Awards lunch buffet will be held inside the dining room at River Hall Country Club: ½ lb. Angus Hamburgers, BBQ Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, House salad, Cookies, Soda, Tea, Coffee, alcohol beverages will be available for purchase.
