Join us for the Charlotte Business Group “The Open” Golf Tournament

Charlotte Business Group is hosting “The Open” Golf Tournament at Carolina Lakes Golf Club. Grab your employees, co-workers, friends, or golf pros, and come play for bragging rights throughout Charlotte, but most importantly for a great cause.

Event Date: Friday, November 19th 2021

Golf registration/Check-in: 8:30-9:30am (Mulligans and Raffle tickets available for purchase)

Driving range open: 8:30am

Silent auction: 9am-3pm

Event kickoff by Emcee: 9:45am

Shotgun start: 10am (Four Person Modified Scramble Shotgun Start – each player tees off from their designated starting hole, the best shot (based on a consensus of the four-person team) is picked and each player shoots from that location.)

Putting contest: 10am-2pm

Top teams and raffle prizes will be announced via a live stream on our Facebook page later in the day. Exact time will be announced. We will also send out an email to all registered players announcing the winners. We will make sure everyone receives their prizes.

Can I request a partner pairing? Yes, on the order form there is an option to request a pairing.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, please let us know who will be attending in your place.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends? Yes, please email us with your final player names.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, but its speeds up check-in.

Champions for Education, based in Charlotte, NC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) foundation created when the Wells Fargo Championship was founded by Wells Fargo, Quail Hollow Club and the PGA TOUR in 2002.
