Join Physicians Regional for a day of fun and great golf to benefit the American Heart Association Heart Walk! The tournament will be played in a foursome scramble with a shotgun start at 12:30 PM on Friday, September 27 at the Naples Hertiage Golf & Country Club- 8150 Heritage Club Way. There will be prizes, giveaways, and a buffet following the tournament. Sponsor a team for $440 (Includes Tee Sign), Play Admission is $85 or be a tee sponsor for $99.
