Zonta Club of Christchurch North is a not-for-profit International Service and Advocacy organisation focusing on the wellbeing of women of all ages throughout the world. While our Club at Christchurch North supports the International & National charities, we also support many local ones.
This year we are looking at raising funds for The Rotary Community Breast Milk Bank Trust Inc. This is the “brain child” of two dedicated midwives and has been operating in Christchurch since June 2018. The Rotary Breast Milk Bank is run completely on enthusiasm, commitment and the generosity of others. It is staffed by volunteers, many of whom are full-time professionals. The Rotary Breast Milk Bank cannot exist without donor mothers who have extra breast milk and are willing to share their “liquid gold” to give other babies in our community that vital start in life.
We cannot meet our goal of $5,000 without your help!
