21st Annual Douglas Firefighters Golf Tournament

Important Information
This year will be shotgun style, all golfers will be sent to one of the holes assigned to them at the same time. Everyone participating in the golf tournament should arrive at the country club at least 30 minutes before tee off. Tee off will start promptly at 1:30 p.m. At the First Hole there will be a raffle for attendees to enter along with a Hole-In One or Closest to the Hole contest on hole 17, a 50/50 contest will be held on hole 9 and multiple mini contests will be at Hole 11. After completing your round of golf, a Tournament Dinner will be held in the Raceway Golf Club Ballroom. Once all players have finished their round of golf and are having a BBQ dinner. We will begin calling out the raffle winners, as well as crowning the first, second, and third place winners of the 21st Annual Douglas Firefighters Golf Tournament 2023.

Sponsorship
The Douglas Firefighter Golf Tournament has two sponsorship options that will help in raising money for the Douglas Fire Department. Each sponsorship comes with specific perks.
Hole Sponsorship
This sponsorship tier is for companies or individuals that would like to sponsor a hole. This means the company or individual will have specific marketing privileges at the hole they will be assigned to. Each hole sponsor will have a specific sign marketing designated to their hole, and they will also have full page company recognition of their donation in the Douglas Firefighters Golf Tournament Program. Once you have bought a hole sponsorship someone from the Douglas Firefighters Golf Tournament Committee will be in contact with you for next steps in the process.
Donation
Hole-In One Donation
This sponsorship tier is for companies or individuals that would like to sponsor a part of the live raffle happening during the Tournament Dinner. Once you donate the money an item will be purchased in your name/company as part of the raffle. Each raffle sponsor will have marketing privileges in half of the Douglas Firefighters Golf Tournament Program that is handed out to all individuals upon their arrival to the tournament. Once you have bought the raffle sponsorship someone from the Douglas Firefighters Golf Tournament Committee will be in contact with you for next steps in the process.
Eagle Product or Service Donation
This sponsorship tier is for companies or individuals that would like to sponsor a part of the live raffle happening during the Tournament Dinner. This sponsorship involves the company or individual donating a good or service for the live raffle that will take place during the luncheon. Each raffle sponsor will have marketing privileges in half of the Douglas Firefighters Golf Tournament Program that is handed out to all individuals upon their arrival to the tournament. Once you have signed up for the product or service raffle donation someone from the Douglas Firefighters Golf Tournament Committee will be in contact with you for next steps in the process.
Birdie Donation
This sponsorship donation is for companies or individuals that would like to sponsor a part of the entire Douglas Fire Department Tournament. This sponsorship level will include your name/ on the Tournament program.
Additional Notes
- When out on the course light snacks and beverages will be available.
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes before tee off.
- Please remember to bring sunblock.
- Aattendees not wanting to participate in playing golf can register just for the dinner as an option.
- Once registration has closed on June 1, 2023, you may still attend to play golf, but the price for Golf and Dinner will be $150 instead of $125. The price for just dinner will be raised from $50 per person to $60 per person.
