(Includes 36-Holes of Golf, Tee Gifts, Lunch for 2 Days, Range Balls, Prizes and 1 Practice Round – please call for tee time)

FORMAT
· Individual 36-Hole Stroke Play Event
· Tee Times will start at 8am each day.
· Flighted after Round 1
· Men, Women, Seniors, and Super Seniors Flighted Separately.
· Players must declare for Championship Flight to be eligible for Early Bird Title and Trophy.
· Tees for Senior and Super Senior Men and Women.

FRIDAY NIGHT PARTY
¨ 3:30pm – 5:30pm – Cleveland/Srixon Demo Day with Music and Food
¨ 5:30pm– 9 Hole Shootout– $20/person– Cash Payout

OPTIONAL TOURNAMENT CASH GAMES (We will collect these before play each Morning of the Event)
¨ Saturday Skins Game — $10/person
¨ Sunday Skins Game — $10/person
¨ Closest to the Pin Hole #3 — $5/Person

PAIRINGS—Sign up individually or with your own Foursome — ROUND 2 WILL BE PAIRED BY FLIGHT & SCORE.

GOLF CART RENTALS— $16 per person per day.

Age Divisions & Yardages:
Men’s Championship Division- Must Declare before Round 1 – 6600 yards
Men’s Divisions- Ages 14-54 years old – 6400 yards
Men’s Senior Divisions – Ages 55-64 years old- 6000 yards
Men’s Super Senior Divisions – Ages 65-74 – 5500 yards
Men’s Super Senior Divisions – Ages 75 & older – 5000 yards

Women’s Championship Division – Must Declare before Round 1 – 5500 yards
Women’s Divisions- Ages 14-64 years old – 5000 yards
Women’s Senior Divisions- Ages 65-74 – 4000 yards
Women’s Super Senior Divisions- Ages 75 and up – 3500 yards
