The Ethel Ransom Humanitarian and Cultural Club of Fort Worth will host its 3rd Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament fundraiser sponsored by DIVINE HOME HEALTH CARE on Monday, October 19, 2020 at the beautiful Diamond Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth.

The format for the tournament is a 4-person scramble (best ball). The tournament will feature a “Hole in One” contest with the winning prize being $10,000, Free golf club to each registered golfer and other awards will be presented during the luncheon for first through third place finishes, as well as for longest drive and closest to the pin competitions for men and women.

This year, we are privileged to have three Fort Worth icons serving as chairpersons for the tournament, Commissioner Roy Charles Brooks, Dr. Marie Holliday, and Alyce Jones, CEO of Adair Eyewear. All three are committed to helping take a “Swing for Education”. We would be honored to have your company join us.

Established in 1933, the organization’s mission is to promote education, literacy and interracial understanding while raising the standard of the home by advancing the social, economic, moral, civic and religious welfare of the family. In addition to providing scholarships for students entering college, proceeds will also be used to donate food during a food drive and for families during the holidays, donate school supplies, provide fans and blankets for the senior citizens, and various funds for other agencies in need of our assistance.
