Join us for a Golf Outing at Blackthorn Golf Club benefiting the Pregnancy Care Center in Niles MI. Prizes will be awarded for: best team score, longest drive, closest to pin and longest putt.

Participation Levels:

— Gold Patron ($600), includes foursome of golf, Cart, Lunch, Hole Sponsorship & Special Recognition
— Foursome ($500), includes Cart & Lunch
— Individuals ($125), includes Cart & Lunch

Corporate Sponsorship Levels:

— Title Sponsor ($10,000), includes 2 foursomes of golf, 4 hole sponsorships and sign at registration table, special recognition at beginning & end of tournament, special recognition in PCC newsletter, social media recognition, hyperlink to your website from ours

— Platinum Level ($5000), includes 2 foursomes of golf, 4 hole sponsorships, name/logo on lunch centerpieces, social media recognition, hyperlink to your website from ours

— Gold Level ($2000), includes 1 foursome of golf, 3 hole sponsorships plus recognition at snack area, social media recognition, hyperlink to your website from ours
