The Tyrone Hospital Foundation announced will hold its 16th Annual Golf Tournament to benefit Tyrone Hospital. PLEASE NOTE THE DATE CHANGE.
The Foundation is currently seeking sponsors and golfers for the event. Sponsorship opportunities are as follows: Outing Sponsor: $2,500.00 includes signage at the course and in the food tent, fee for a team of four, pre-tournament publicity and distribution of company marketing materials at the event. Corporate Sponsor: $1,500.00 includes signage at the course, fee for a team of four, pre-tournament publicity and distribution of company marketing materials at the event. Course Sponsor: $750.00 includes signage at the course and fee for a team of four. Beverage Cart Sponsor: $500 includes signage on the beverage cart. Tee/Green Sponsor: $250.00 includes tee signage. Four person team: $500.00 includes dinner.
Golfers have an opportunity to win a new car for a hole in one at a designated hole.
Commitments for Outing and Corporate sponsorship must be received by May19th to receive all pre-tournament publicity.
Funds raised will be donated to Tyrone Hospital’s modernization and renovation project. This project will continue the improvements being made to the physical plant and acquire new equipment to support surgical services, emergency services, diagnostic imaging and other areas of the hospital in 2017-2018.
The tournament is a best ball-four man scramble with registration at 11:00 am and a shotgun start at 1:00 pm and dinner at 6:00 pm. Golfer registration deadline is May 19th.
