I want to help. What can I do?
The most important thing everyone in the class can do is to reach out to those you stay in touch with from the class and be sure they are aware of the reunion. Tell them the date, about this website, about the Facebook group, etc. Contact info for the committee appears at the bottom of this section. Is there a hotel room block for classmates?
Yes! GREEN MOUNTAIN 1978 HOTEL BLOCK: Take your reunion experience to the next level by spending the night with all of your classmates! A discounted room block is in the process of being set up at a nearby hotel. You will be able to book your room here as soon as the paperwork is complete. Stay tuned for details…
May I bring a guest with me to the reunion?
YES! Spouses/significant others, etc. are welcome. Just remember the pricing for the reunion is per person, so set your payment options accordingly.
What is the suggested reunion attire?
We like to call it, “Casual Chic.” Think in terms of what you would wear to a nice restaurant or nightclub. The reunion is not a fashion showdown and you should not feel compelled to go out an buy a new outfit for the reunion. You are loved for WHO you are not WHAT you wear! Be comfortable, be confident and wear what makes you feel good. General guidelines: Cocktail dress/tuxedo: Too dressy. Shorts/t-shirts: too casual.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is ample parking at The Wild Game. However, we strongly suggest using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to make your reunion experience as carefree as possible.
What else is happening on the reunion weekend?
A golf tournament is being planned during the day on Friday. Details will be announced soon!
Details about an informal gathering of classmates on Friday night will be announced to all pre-paid attendees just prior to the reunion.
What’s included in the cost of my reunion admission ticket?
Your reunion admission covers a lot more than just the delicious buffet dinner that is being served at the event. Rolled into the admission are other fees from the venue such as facility rental, audio/visual rentals and fees, billiard table and shuffleboard rental, DJ, photo booth, professional reunion company management fee, souvenir name badge button, digital slide show presentation, gratuities and, of course, taxes!
What are those additional fees added to the reunion admission ticket?
The cost of hosting the Eventbrite reunion website and the processing of credit cards is not included in your reunion admission. As such, they are passed onto each attendee when a credit card is used as the payment method. The amount of these fees are a little less than 6% on top of the published cost of the reunion.
How can I avoid paying the additional fees added onto the reunion admission in the online check-out?
You have the following offline payment options.
1. Venmo: Make your payment to @reunited or click http://venmo.com/reunited and enter the amount, #gm1978, your name, email address, phone number and mailing address in the description box. If you are paying for two tickets or more, be sure to include the name of the additional person(s) for whom you are paying.
2. Check: Payments by check are accepted up to 30 days prior to the reunion. Make checks payable to Reunited.com and mail to:

I want to submit photos for the reunion slideshow. How do I do that?
Slideshow submissions are accepted up to 14 days prior to the reunion. You are welcome to submit images from back in the day through today. Just be sure that either you or another member of the class is in the shot and that you only upload an image of a single photo, not multiple photos in one file. Is our class active on social media?
