More Event Information

Join us this year for our 9-hole team golf scramble, Aptly named the’Half Pint’ golf scramble. The event will take place at the University Club of Lexington (4850 Leestown Road, Lexington KY).  

We will be playing two-person teams and scramble style tournament. In a “Scramble” format, the players decide after each shot which shot is the best. Each player on the team plays their next shot from that spot, within one scorecard length no closer to the hole. The group then plays this way until the ball is holed out.

Each golfer will be given a custom limited-edition Country Boy golf swag package. The swag package will include:                                        

* CBB logo valuables pouch  *CBB logo poker chip ball marker   *CBB logo Divot repair tool   *CBB Logo golf tees

      ***Each team will also have a six pack inculded for the round of golf. Will be dispensed upon check in***

Winning team will win additonal Country Boy Brewing swag and a tropy at the after party at Breakroom.  Below is the  schedule for the tournament.

COST IS $50 PER MAN. $100 PER TEAM.

• 5:15: Driving range open to all golfers.


• 5:45 Last call to sign in for tournament.


• 6:00 Tee time


• 8:15 Trophy Presentation and ‘After Party’ at The Breakroom (1178 Manchester St. Lexington, KY) Will have $3 Cougar Bait cans and other Country Boy beers on tap.

ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP: YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT OUT YOUR TICKET AND BRING IT IN TO THE LEXINGTON TAPROOM TO PAY FOR YOUR TEAM. CREDIT OR CASH ONLY PLEASE. NO CHECKS. YOU ONLY NEED TO SIGN UP FOR ONE SPOT – THAT WILL ACCOMODATE BOTH GOLFERS.

YOU WILL HAVE TO BE PAID BY MAY 9TH AT 5:00 PM TO TAKE PART IN THE SCRAMBLE. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY BY THAT DATE YOUR RESERVED SPOT WILL NOT BE HELD FOR THE TOURNAMENT AND REPLACEMENTS WILL BE FOUND.
