-Scramble-

Our most enjoyable and popular format where only the good shots are played and the pace is relatively fast. All players tee off, the best shot is selected, and all players play their next shot from this point. This process is repeated until the ball is “holed out”. The team records a score. Gross scores are used and handicaps are not recommended. This format promotes team camaraderie.

-Skins Game-

We will have a skins purse in the range o $4 to $8 per hole depending on the number of golfers. We have a minimum of 8 golfers (4 teams of 2) and a maximum of 16 golfers (8 teams of 2). Paid in cash.

A skins game is based on awarding the hole or “skin” to the team with the lowest score for that hole. If two teams tie for the lowest score, that skin rolls over to the next hole. It’s possible to go for several holes without any skins being awarded. This is called a carryover meaning 2 teams tie then all tie; means if just 2 of the teams score lowest on a hole it carries over for all the teams. When we arrive at a hole that only 1 team scored lowest then they win the skins for that hole plus all the carryover holes.

-Mulligan-

Each golfer gets 1 mulligan included with their ticket and the option to purchase up to 1 more with a maximum of 2 per golfer allowed.

A mulligan is a second chance to perform an action, usually, after the first chance went wrong through bad luck or a blunder. Its best-known meaning is in golf, whereby a player is informally allowed to replay a stroke, even though this is against the formal rules of golf
