Kirk Edward Nairn Memorial Golf Tournament

Kirk Edward Nairn, an Abingdon High school student, lost his life in a tragic traffic accident on May 16, 2019 – less than 24 hours before his high school graduation. Known for his spirituality, loving relationships with those with special needs, and charismatic personality, Kirk has been remembered and memorialized through the endowed Kirk Edward Nairn Memorial Scholarship, which has awarded over $180K in scholarships over the last 4 years. Kirk was a stand-out three sport athlete, exceptional scholar, and recipient of a national four-year ROTC scholarship to his beloved University of Kentucky.

Golf Tournament details:

• $500 per Team

• Captain’s Choice Format

• 3 Starting Time Options:

– Saturday, September 9 at 1:30 PM

– Sunday, September 10 at 8:00 AM

– Sunday, September 10 at 1:30 PM

• Silent Auction & Raffle

– $200 Par Sponsor: Signage display on golf course

– $500 Birdie Sponsor: Signage display on practice putting green at tournament

– $1,000 Eagle Sponsor: Special recognition on social media, signage display at registration for tournament and on golf course hole #4

– $2,000 Falcon Sponsor: Special recognition on social media,, signage display on each golf cart at the tournament, and one golf team included for the tournament
