Create your team of 4! First person to register for your foursome can either register all four participants or start a team and share the team name with the rest of the foursome to join. If you sign up as an individual we will place you on a team.

Golfing starts at 10am, shotgun start. Position and holes sponsors will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Don’t forget to bring cash, there will be pay to play games at the holes.

Golfing not your thing? No problem! We have a dinner only option which includes bocce ball.

We will be continuing the fun and raising money with an auction at dinner. Please bring a $20 gift card from somewhere that reminds you of Matt, write up a quick note card on the story or memory you associate with Matt and that location/product. We will be be raffling off a bucket of all these gift cards and memories at dinner.
