More Event Information
Please come and join us at our 50th Anniversary Golf Tournament. This event is being held to raise funds to support our Capital Campaign–Setting the Stage–which is aimed at expanding and renovating our facilities and greatly expanding our educational youth program.
4-person scramble—no handicap required.
Maximum 120 entrants.
Check-in opens at 10:30 AM and the shotgun start is at Noon
Tournament followed by drinks, dinner, and entertainment
Entry Fee $150 including Cart, driving range, golf and dinner
And
Each Player receives a Gift Bag and a Polo Shirt with PCA’s Logo.
You may enter by filling out the Registration form attached to the flyer, the form below or use the online registration below. If using the On Line form, each player in a desired foursome must enter separately and enter the names of the other foursome members in order to insure that the group is kept together. Please bring or mail the paper registration form to PCA along with payment. Registration is not complete until payment is made. Be sure to enter by Sept. 15th to insure you receive your logo shirt at the tournament.
