What should I wear?

CONFERENCE MEETINGS: Dress for the RNG Conference is business casual (coats & ties optional). We recommend you wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Since temperatures can vary in meeting areas and in Dana Point, consider bringing a light jacket, sweater or scarf. Orange County in December is beautiful but rain is always possible. Check the weather before packing for travel.

GOLF CLASSIC / DOLPHIN & WHALE WATCHING CHARTER: If you have registered for the conference’s annual RNG Golf Classic, or Dolphin & Whale Watching excursion, please check the weather in advance and ensure that you pack appropriate attire as the course is located on the coast. Collared shirts, and soft spikes are required in accordance with golf course rules. Denim and metal spikes are not allowed. Golf Classic will be rain or shine. Green fees, golf carts, balls, tees, divot repair tools, towels are included with Golf Registration. 

Why do you ask for my shirt size?

We ask to inform potential Conference giveaways (shirts, sweatshirts, etc.).

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellations for RNG 2023 Conference must be in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued on the date of receipt of written cancellation and will be issued as follows: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the start of the conference will receive a 100% refund of the registered event amount, less a $100.00 administrative fee. We will not issue refunds for golf tournament or other special events or offerings in connection with the RNG Conference.

Cancellations of registration paid in full and received less than 30 days from the start of the conference are non-refundable; no credit will be issued.

No shows will not be awarded a refund.

Do I need a ticket to enter? Where do I pick up my badge?

Registration is required for entry/participation of the RNG Conference program. Please have your proof of registration in hand to collect your BADGE onsite.
