Seals Baseball to Host a Fundraiser Golf Tournament at Corica Park on August 5th, 2022, supporting youth programs with affiliated partners Alameda Vipers Basketball, Alameda Girls Softball Association (AGSA), https://www.Eastbayloop.com & Loop Keep it in the Loop.
The day will start at 8:00 AM with an 18-hole Golf Tour Tournament, were participants of the tournament, will compete for charity to win a grand prize. The grand prize gift will be announced at the Golf Tournament award ceremony following the day’s Golf Tournament. Participants will also have an option before starting the Golf Tournament at the opening ceremony to purchase a pack of 4 “mulligans”, (a term most associated with golf, is a “do-over,” a second try after your first has gone awry).
Participants will also be able to purchase Breakfast type foods and refreshments including morning libations from “Jim’s on the Course” located on the grounds of Corica Park Golf Course. “Jim’s on the Course” is open 7 days a week; 7: 00 AM – 7:00 PM, and offers its guests a delicious menu of morning time favorites including a full bar with suggested signature Cocktails, Wines, Beers and Spirit options.

Guests are brought together from diverse backgrounds for the love for golf with an urgency to support Sports Youth Programs in beautiful Alameda, CA by Seals Baseball and event affiliates.
During the Golf Tournament, Golf participants around lunch time, will be able to swing by a private room adjacent to the Golf Shop where they will be able to pick up packed lunches so participants can continue in to the next hole. Also located in this room, guests are invited to participate in an exclusive silent auction including donations donated by community partners, sport celebrities and major league baseball movers and shakers, as sports memorabilia, exclusive bay area excursions, along with a number of other charitably donated items, accessories and gifts desired.
After the Golf Tournament Guests will be invited into “Jim’s on the Course” where we will be starting with live entertainment by DJ BeLa BASS (https://www.Soundcloud.com/bela-bass) spinning House, Disco, Dance, R&B and Pop favorites of today and yesterday. Light Nibbles and Bites will be available to guests for purchase. Also available will be regular beverages as Soda, Lemonades, Ice Tea, Coffee etc. Libations and Alcoholic Beverages will be available for purchases from the full bar as well for guests 21 and older. Approximately at 5pm, there will be a closing Speech by Seals Baseball Head Coach and Owner Able Alcantar along with a handful of guest speakers and friends of Seals Baseball.
Attendees will be a mix of San Francisco Bay Area business professionals, Bay Area community leaders, government officials, small business owners, baseball industry movers and shakers plus, Seals supports as players and affiliates plus media/marketing representatives and the socially active. Golf attire r recommended.
Proceeds for the event will Benefit Youth Sports Programs between Seals Baseball (http://sfsealsbaseball.com) with partnership with Alameda Vipers Basketball (https://alamedavipers.com) and Alameda Girls Softball Association (AGSA) (https://www.alamedagsa.com). The Fiduciary for the event is The Bay Area Force (http://bayareaforcebaseball.com), they were a collegiate summer program in their first year of operation. The team will play their home games out of College of Alameda and Laney College. The Force will be composed of Collegiate athletes from various universities and colleges around the country. They will be competing against other top collegiate programs in the local area and travel up and down the west coast. They will compete against teams from the California Collegiate League, West Coast League Pacific International League, Bay Area Collegiate League.
