Don’t MiND Me is a not-for-profit foundation born out of a fervent and unwavering determination to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness by uniting all existing and future efforts to implement DIRECT IMPACT on the lives of those most urgently in need of care.

Join the Don’t MiND Me founders Mädchen Amick, her husband David Alexis, their son Sylvester Alexis, and daughter Mina Tobias for an unforgettable two day fundraising event at the legendary Tamarisk Country Club in Rancho Mirage, CA on Saturday, January 14th and Sunday, January 15th, 2023.

Saturday evening kicks off at 4pm with the gala and auction located in the Tamarisk Country Club Ballroom. There will be passed amuse-bouche, complimentary cocktails and mocktails, and classic mid-century tunes curated to get you moving on the dance floor. Come dressed as your favorite classic Hollywood star and strike a pose for a photo at our Step-and-Repeat station – best dressed will be rewarded! We’ll be presenting our Don’t MiND Me mental health awards to this year’s honorees for their incredible work in advancing mental health Advocacy, Action, and Access. Don’t forget to grab your swag bag on the way out!

On Sunday we tee off at noon at the phenomenal Tamarisk Golf Course, home of the Frank Sinatra compound and the best views in the desert. Enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks as you play, followed by Tamarisk’s famous Sunday BBQ dinner at the clubhouse where prize winners are announced and awards/trophies will be distributed.
