More Event Information

Come join Adam and Caitlin Thielen for their Second Annual Topgolf Classic presented by CHOICE Bank in Brooklyn Center on Monday, September 23rd. Organize a team of six players to reserve a bay and golf with Adam & Caitlin, Vikings teammates, and other celebrities in this TopContender format tournament to battle it out for great prizes…all while helping the foundation make a huge impact in the lives of at-risk youth. 

Each bay purchase includes admittance for SIX golfers. A bay reservation includes a food and beverage package, and participation in two (2) rounds of the TopContender challenge for all six golfers. You will be assigned a bay before you arrive on-site the night of the event!

Prizes will be given to the top team and top individual golfer, plus you won’t want to miss out on raffle drawings, a Hole-In-One contest, and silent auction items including Adam Thielen autographed items, game-worn cleats, and much more!

5:15 – 6:00 PM GROUP Photo Opportunity (Up to 10 People) for Bay Sponsors

6:30 PM Kick-off Remarks from Adam & Caitlin Thielen + Instructions from Topgolf’s Certified PGA instruction on rules for TopContender Tournament

6:45 – 7:45 PM Tee Time for Game #1*

7:45 – 8:45 PM ATee Time for Game #2*

9:00 PM Announcement of Top Team + Top Golfer + Final Remarks 

9:30 PM Pick up silent auction items, & free to leave!

FAQs

Are the prices listed per person? Or for a group? The price is PER BAY. Each bay includes: six golfers and a food + beverage package depending upon the bay level purchased. Thus, for the $1,500 bay sponsorship, the EFFECTIVE price per person is $250. For the $1,000 bay sponsorship, it is ~$167. If you’d prefer to pay per person instead of in one lump sum, please email Amy Sinclair at Contact event using the form below.. 

Do you offer group pricing? Yes! Of course. If you’d like more than one bay, we offer group pricing and would love to have you bring a group out for a corporate outing. Please email Amy Sinclair at Contact event using the form below. for our group pricing options.

What can I bring into the event? Just yourself (and your clubs if you want!)! We will not allow any outside memorabilia to be brought into the event to be signed by Adam or other Viking teammates. There may be some opportunities for photos so feel free to bring your cell phone!

How much will I be golfing? During the 6:30 – 9:30 PM time slot, every individual golfer will have the opportunity to participate in two (2) rounds as part of the TopContender challenge. The rounds take approximately one (1) hour to complete. If you finish sooner than the rest of the bays, you will be able to just open golf, bid on silent auctions, or grab some more food!

What should I wear to the event? This is a fun sports event, so “sports casual” is appropriate. If you are a golfer, please check the weather before arriving! This is a rain or shine event, and while golfers will be covered by a roof, in case of rain or wind dress appropriately for outdoors and clothes that you are comfortable to golf in.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? This event includes adult beverages, which will require appropriate ID’s for service. This event is catered to the corporate crowd, however families are welcome too.

What’s the refund policy? NO REFUNDS, however, you are able to transfer your purchase to another party up until 14 days prior to the event.  You are responsible for finding your own replacement and we must receive relevant replacement details at least fourteen (14) days in advance.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Valet parking will be provided to all $1,500 and above sponsors. You may also Uber, Lyft, or taxi on your own dime!
