Please join us on July 24 at the Woods Course at Kingsmill Resort for a great day of golf.  Proceeds benefit Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police & Foundation Leadership Education and Law Enforcement Training Programs.

REGISTRATION
The registration fee is $80 per person on or before July 1, and $85 per person after July 1.  The registration fee covers greens fees for 18 holes of golf, cart, trophies for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, prizes for the winners of the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin contest, and awards dinner.  Limited to 32 teams!    

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The tournament will be held on the Woods Course at the Kingsmill Resort located at 1010 Kingsmill Road, Williamsburg, Virginia, 23185.  Check-in starts at 8:00 a.m. with shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.  Range/Putting Green will be open to participants and range balls will be available.  Ladies hit from the Red Tees and age 65+ hit from the White Tees.  Mulligans and tickets for the Rifle Golf Ball Launcher, 50/50 & Other Raffles will be available at check-in.  There will be a Silent Auction and Awards Dinner at the Kingsmill Resort Plantation Pavilion immediately following the tournament.

LODGING
Rooming blocks with special lodging rates are available for the nights of July 23rd and July 24th at the hotels listed below.

Holiday Inn Express Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area
$124.95 plus 11% sales tax and $2.00 per night occupancy tax
The hotel is located at 480 McLaws Cir, Williamsburg, VA 23185.  Reservations can be made by directly contacting the Hotel’s reservation department by calling 757-220-1100. The cutoff date for these rooms is June 23, 2017.

Courtyard Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area
$119.00 plus 11% sales tax and $2.00 per night occupancy tax
The hotel is located at 470 McLaws Circle, Williamsburg, VA  23185.  Reservations can be made by directly calling Marriott Reservations at 800-321-2211 or 757-221-0700.  Please identify that you are part of the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police group staying at the Courtyard Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area, located at 470 McLaws Circle, Williamsburg.  The cutoff date for these rooms is June 30, 2017

DISCLAIMER: In the event of inclement weather or other emergency:  If inclement weather or other emergency situation prevents the safe play of golf, play may be suspended.  The decision to suspend and resume play will be made by the Tournament Staff in consultation with the Kingsmill Resort Golf Course Staff.  In the event that we are NOT able to conclude the tournament with the full 18 holes of play, it is impossible to calculate a winner or any places of finish.  Because this is a charity event, no refunds will be given.
