What is Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome?

Wiedemann-Steiner syndrome is a rare genetic disorder with approximately 1,000 diagnosed cases world wide. Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome may be related to global developmental delays, sleeping difficulties, feeding and digestion complexities, unusual facial features, short/petite stature, hypotonia, dental issues, hairy elbows, long eyelashes, etc. Those affected with Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome often receive physical, occupational, speech, feeding, and/or behavioral therapies.

This outing is in honor of our 4 year old warrior Makenzie. All donations will be sent to the Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome Foundation to support continued critical research.

Golf:

Join us for an 8:00 am shotgun scramble on Saturday, September 18th, 2021. Individual tickets are $125 or grab your friends/family members to create a foursome and purchase a group ticket for $500. Price of ticket includes:

• Golf, cart, and range balls
• Prizes for longest drive, closet to the pin, and more!
• Luncheon to follow
• Donation to the Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome Foundation

Luncheon:

All non-golfers are welcome to join us for a luncheon at the clubhouse at 1:00 pm. Individual ticket price is $30. Price of ticket includes:

• Deli Buffet: -Assortment of Fresh Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad – Shaved Honey Baked Ham, Smoked Turkey, and Roast Beef -Assorted Breads and Croissants -Assorted Sliced Cheeses and Condiments -Chef’s Choice Two Cold Salads -Freshly Baked Cookies-Lemonade, Iced Tea and Coffee Station

• Donation to the Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome Foundation

*Children are welcome to join the luncheon. No ticket purchase is necessary unless they will be participating in the deli buffet. Hot dogs will be available to purchase for children at the event.

*Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the clubhouse bar.

*Prizes will be raffled off at the luncheon!

*If the course is closed due to weather conditions, the luncheon will still be held and golfers will be refunded $69.
