EKM Lodge #1238
Is host to this year’s
2019 WISCONSIN STATE MOOSE ASSOC.
GOLF TOURNAMENT on Saturday July 20th, 2019
at Black Stone Creek Golf Club
This state moose event is open to BOTH men members and
women members. Mark this date down in your social calendar
and come join us for some great summertime fun!
We have REDUCED the entry fees down to $70 per person ($280 per 4
person Team ) Foursomes & singles are welcome. Entry fee includes:
 At the course—Green fees, cart, lunch at the turn with 3 drink tickets.
 At the lodge—Buffet Dinner, door prizes
(Extra Dinners for non Golfers are $ 12 each and should be included with entry form)
Event times are:
9:00am—Registration opens
10:00am—Shotgun start
6:00pm—Dinner, followed by awards, & door prizes.
7:30pm—Entertainment

Saturday for any member requesting it.
We’re using a Scramble Format with both the
regular SCRATCH & the Peoria HANDICAP
winners receiving prizes.
