More Event Information
Hosted by a team of PGA Professionals with decades of teaching experience, this global event has been developed for female golfers of all ages and skill levels, to participate in golf and help grow the game. For women in the Niagara region and beyond, it’s a chance to learn from and be inspired by a group of accomplished teachers and golf professionals.
The event at Whirlpool Golf Course will begin at 4 p.m. with a demonstration of short game skills that will benefit golfers of every skill level. At 4:30 p.m. golf clubs will be loaded on to power carts and everyone will have the chance to play 9-holes of golf. At the conclusion of play, the group moves into the Whirlpool clubhouse for a reception to socialize, network and learn more about lessons, league play and other ways to get involved in golf with Niagara Parks. For those who cannot play golf that day and would like to attend the reception, a voucher to play a future round on the Whirlpool Golf Course will be provided.
About Women’s Golf Day
Women’s Golf Day is a four-hour experience happening in 52 countries and at over 900 locations throughout the world designed to promote the game of golf. It is a collaborative effort by a dedicated team of golf management companies, retailers and organizations all working together to engage, empower and support girls and women through golf. The four-hour experience offers a simple and accessible platform to build a foundation and creates a network to support the continuation of golf no matter what skill level or interest. How to Register
This four-hour experience at Whirlpool Golf Course is open to all women who have an interest in golf; prior experience and equipment are not required. The registration fee of $50.00 includes the clinics, golf with power cart, and the reception. For those who cannot play golf that day and would like to attend the 6:30 reception, a voucher to play a future round on the Whirlpool Golf Course will be provided.
