More Event Information
Hello Friends!!! We cordially invite you to participate in the 1st Annual Christian Golf Tournament on Saturday, August 26th, 2017 at the Chapel Hill Golf Course, Mt. Vernon, Ohio. The origin of this event was inspired on a local golf course consisting of Christians enjoying a casual round of golf and joyful fellowship. All present were encouraged to focus on Jesus Christ and to participate in an activity which would allow an opportunity to help bring down denominational barriers and unite all Christians within our community.
The purpose of the tournament is to bring Christian golfers of all denominations together to share in Christian fellowship and to raise funds for many worthy projects of participating churches, ministries, charitable organizations and the CGSGCA charity of choice. The full day event not only includes 18 holes of golf, but also several contests, raffle prizes, lunch and post event awards dinner.
