ISM, CSCMP, and APICS present the 1st annual Supply Chain Golf Outing!
Join fellow Supply Chain Professionals in the fun with networking, raffles and contest prizes and – of course- 18 holes of golf! The day includes Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, Lunch Buffet and Drink Coupon.
DATE: August 10th, 2018
TIME: Registration at 8:00 AM. Shotgun start at 9:00 AM
PLACE: Sanctuary Lake Golf Course, 1450 E South Blvd, Troy, MI
ENTRY FEE Prior to July 27: $75.00 – Non- organization members, $65.00- Members of APICS, ISM, or CSCMP
$100 ON THE DAY OF THE OUTING.
FORMAT: Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams.
