A Freedom Journey has quickly become one of the areas most well known dog rescues. Our passion drives us but love is what changes it all. We are committed to nurturing the unloved, neglected, discarded, mistreated animals and showing them that LOVE MATTERS and that family is possible. We teach them to accept the love and know that they are safe and treasured. We work hard to train them as well as rehabilitate their physical and emotional needs and ensure they find forever homes. We strive to educate the community on the importance of proper care and spay and neuter.
We are 100% volunteer based. All donations and proceeds from fundraisers go directly to the care of the animals we have in our rescue and to support the ongoing effort to save lives.
