EXHIBITOR SPACE:
The 2017 Gulf Coast WEDA Conference has limited amount of Exhibitor Space available for contractors, vendors, etc wishing to showcase their company. The Exhibitor Area will be located directly outside of the main conference room. Therefore, all conference attendees will walk through the Exhibitor Area in order to access the main conference room. Each Exhibitor Space will be provided a table 6-ft X 30-inch with separate power supply (if required). The Exhibitor Spaces will cost a total of $300.00 for the duration of the conference. if you are interested in the Exhibitor Space, please contact Trey Taylor at ABOUT THE CONFERENCE:
The Gulf Coast Chapter of the Western Dredging Association is conducting its annual meeting on November 7-9, 2017 at Mobile Convention Center in downtown Mobile, AL. The meeting will provide a forum for the exchange of information of interest to the dredging industry and its associates. Representatives from all areas of the industry, including regulatory, resource agencies, contracting, and manufacturing, will attend to discuss dredging economics, benefits, technologies and current issues.
SAME will be hosting a Golf Tournament at the Magnolia Groves Golf Course on Tuesday, November 7th. There will be a cocktail party afterwards at the renaissance hotel later that same evening from 6-8. The meeting will start Wednesday, November 8th at the convention center and then we will have another cocktail party at the Maritime Museum that will start at around 4:30 that afternoon (November 8th). On Thursday, November 8th there will be more sessions at the Convention Center.
