Join us for the 2020 Sparrow Scramble Golf Fundraiser to benefit The Sparrow’s Nest Maternity Home

We’re excited to hold this annual event to benefit the young families served by The Sparrow’s Nest. Our committee and team are working diligently to plan an event that will allow for a beautiful September afternoon of golf while maintaining social distancing practices.

Previous attendees will notice a few changes:

• Registration and all payments will take place online and the ticket price is all-inclusive (no additional fees).
• This event will take place at The Golf Club of Wentzville, 9 Pro Shop Drive, Wentzville, MO 63385.
• To minimize close contact and shared surfaces between players and volunteers, we will provide a grilled lunch before play and Panera boxed dinner after.
• Upon arrival, we invite you to eat your lunch under the pavilion or in the surrounding area and then head to the putting green.
• Our staff and volunteers will wear masks. Players are encouraged, but not required to wear masks, unless required by official guidance.
• The results of the 50/50 will be determined during play and the winner will be notified after completing play.
• Prize winners will be announced on the Facebook event page and notified by email within 48 hours following the event.
• Panera boxed dinners will be available following play and you’re invited to eat under the pavilion or in the surrounding area.

SCHEDULE:

• 11:30 am: Pick up lunch and visit the putting green – no formal check-in this year
• 12:45 pm: Check-in at carts and final announcements
• 1:00 pm: Shotgun start
• ~5:30 pm: Play Completed, Pick up Panera boxed dinner 

FORMAT: Four person scramble

ENTRY FEE: $125 per player (all-inclusive)

INCLUDES:

• 18-hole round with cart
• Lunch – grilled brats, dogs & chips
• Dinner – Panera boxed meal
• Attendance gift
• Snacks, soda, water & sports drinks on the course
• Skins
• 50/50 Raffle Ticket
• All contests

BRING CASH for the 50/50 raffle and for Mulligans. To allow for contact-less participation, payments will also be accepted through cashless methods to be identified closer to event day.
