Come out for a day on the links to support Summit Pacific Medical Foundation, an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The Foundation raises money through donations, grants and fundraising events to provide financial support to the Summit Pacific Medical Center, a Critical Access Hospital with a level IV Trauma Designation.

This year’s cause is to focus on building our general fund that we use to fund equipment such as our much needed Lab Expansion, expanding our on campus Walking Trails for community use and launching programs such as our Nursing Preceptor Program.

When: Friday, May 5th at 8:00 a.m.

Format: Scramble (shotgun start at approximately 9:30 a.m.)

Registration includes: Greens fees, GPS enabled golf cart, driving range access, golf balls, snacks, boxed lunch, one free beverage & Cocktail hour with appetizers.

What to Expect: The day starts with a announcements and raffle ticket sales. Games and more games! Loads of on-course games along with prizes for scramble winners, longest drive, straightest drive, closest to the pin, and BEST DRESSED contests, as well as a silent auction. Team photos will be taken at the club house so swing in between holes 9-10 or 18-1 to have your team immortalized. Boxed lunches are included and available between 11 AM and 1 PM at the clubhouse with cocktail hour immediately following golf, with the silent auction closing at 4:30 p.m.
