Please join us for the third annual Tee Up Fore Kids Golf Tournament to benefit FSA Prevent Child Abuse. This is a four person golf scramble

Registration begins at 12pm with a shotgun start at 1pm. Payment due day of event at registration table.

Team Size: 4 people

Cost: $75 a person , $300 per team

Included: Cart and Green Fees

Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams, Longest Drive (Men’s and Women’s) Closest to the Pin (Men’s and Women’s) $5 Putting Contest
