More Event Information
It is time for the 28th annual Etex Cares Golf Tournament. This year’s event is scheduled for Monday, October 28th at Hollytree Country Club in Tyler, TX with registration starting at 9:00 am. Lunch will be served at 11 am and play will start at Noon. At the completion of the golf tournament, dinner will be provided to all participants. Join us for fajitas and celebrate this year’s donation recipient during our Etex Cares check presentations!
The Etex Cares Golf Tournament has been successful over the years. In 2023, Etex was able to donate $45,000.00 to various ministries and veteran programs in East Texas. The donation was used to help fund Veteran services, vacation bible schools, youth camps, help purchase Sunday school curriculum, support families, and other opportunities.
We are excited to move the tournament to Hollytree Country Club, a premier golf course in East Texas. Hollytree Country Club offers state of the art facilities and a challenging golf course. New levels of sponsorship have been added to this year’s tournament.
We need your help in 2024 to continue to make the Etex Cares Golf Tournament a success by becoming a sponsor. Sponsorships levels range from $500.00 to $20,000.00. Cost per player is $125.00 ( Note: any player may be separated and may not play together as a team). Prizes will be awarded for the longest drive, and first, second, and third place finishes in three flights. Dinner will be served after play is finished.
