Have you ever tried Disc Golf? There has never been a better event to test out this growing sport that is sweeping the nation!

Throw Colorado and I Fling Plastic have partnered for the 2nd Annual Disc Golf Doubles Toy Drive at Shining Mountain’s “Serenity Pines” on Sunday, December 3rd. The Toy Drive is going to benefit foster children and kids in need throughout Colorado Springs. Needs include: gifts for all ages (gift cards work, too) plus wrapping paper and supplies.

Rules: Bring a new, unwrapped gift (or two or ten…) and get a point off your final score for each gift you bring – do the math! Feeling festive? There are other ways to drop your score as well. Wearing a full out Santa suit will fetch you -5. An elf costume -4. A reindeer gets you -3. An ugly sweater -2 and lastly just a Santa hat will get you -1.

Then stay after the tournament for the “after-wrap” party. All gifts will need to be wrapped and tagged to get ready for delivery to kids in need. Latch on to your Christmas Spirit and come join in on a great day for a great cause!
