1:30 pm Shotgun Start

6:00 pm Cocktails, Hors d’oeuvres, Buffet Dinner with Open Bar – Awards, Raffles and Contest Prizes

• Golfer $175

• Corporate Foursome $750 (includes Tee Sign)

• Foursome $700

• Event Sponsor $2000 (Company/Name displayed at event, includes one (1) foursome, table of eight at dinner and two (2) tee signs)

• Cocktails and Dinner only $100
