Join us for the National Life Group Midwest Agency’s 2nd annual charity golf tournament benefiting the Ohio State Collegiate Recovery Community and the Trini Foundation.

Registration begins at 11:30 am, followed by a 1:00 pm shotgun start. Format is a 4 person scramble. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm in conjunction with charity banquet and key-note speakers.

Registration fee is $150 per person. Includes entry to event, 18 holes of golf, valet bag service, cart, on-course contests, buffet lunch, and charity banquet (key-note speakers, tournament awards silent auction, and more). Contests include longest putt, longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole-in-one shootout. We have some amazing prizes lined up for the winners including a $10,000 cash payout for the hole-in-one contest!

We are excited to announce that former Buckeye and NFL player, Robert Smith, has generously agreed to be our keynote speaker! He will be speaking during our evening banquet and sharing his recovery journey with us. Folks can purchase tickets to attend just the evening banquet if they are not a golfer.
